Is there a charge for the consultation?

We do not charge patients if they have a valid Ontario health card.

What are the requirements for virtual visits?

​

You will need a webcam-enabled laptop or computer with the Chrome or Safari browser, or a mobile device with the Chrome or Safari browser.

Is the system secure?

​

We use a secure direct-to-patient video platform and electronic medical record (EMR) that includes two-layer authentication and a secure server which encrypts all patient data.

Do I need to be seen in person?

​

The majority of our consultations will take place virtually. Our specialists will determine if you need to be seen in person for a physical examination and will arrange an appointment in the GTA.
